Processors of value added fruits, such as companies that produce dried or frozen fruits are feeling an increase on prices that is due to the devaluation of Colombian Peso. Most of the agricultural supplies used by producers are imported and, with this devaluation, sourcing is becoming very expensive. Producers are bypassing the cost, transferring the increase to the consumers and buyers.
