Egyptian pasta producers are reportedly offering more competitive offers than the Turkish manufacturers and dominating most African pasta inquiries. The Egyptian pasta's product quality is said to be of lower quality than the Turkish, and therefore, the costs are lower as a result.
The African pasta demand for Egyptian production has concentrated the shipping vessels to the Egypt - African route, mainly to Somalia and Tanzania.
