The Price of Indonesian Blue Swimming Crab Continues to Increase WoW During W14

In Indonesia, the price of blue swimming crab at the fisherman gate level continues to increase weekly. During W14, producers of crab meat in Java received a price increase of USD 0.024-0.025/kg (IDR 360-375/kg), a rise of 12% compared to W13, and the supply is decreasing. Prices are forecasted to increase at the end of April when entering the Eid Festive holiday season when fishermen take days off from fishing. Meanwhile, demand from the market is rising.
