The limited availability of oranges in the Brazilian market directly affected orange juice production, resulting in a decline in the volume of exports from Jul-23 to Dec-23. During this period, which represents the initial six months of the 2023/24 orange crop, the exported volume reached 543,768 metric tons(mt). This figure reflects a 7.25% year-on-year (YoY) decrease compared to the previous year's 586,297 mt exported.
