Cabbage Increased Price Despite of the Recovery of Monsoon

The recovery of the flood due to the monsoon here in Taiwan has started recently, however, the prices of cabbage have just reached an all-time high this year 2021 at NTD 55.5/KG, which is about USD2.00/KG. Compare to the same time last year in 2020 it's about a 65% increase. All prices are considered as EXW, without packaging.
