Peruvian frozen strawberry producers are off to a good start this season. Cold weather helps farmers to bring the crop earlier than in past years. In the past, strawberry harvest started in August, but this year will begin in mid-July. The main destinations for Peruvian frozen strawberries are the United States, Canada, Mexico, South Korea, and Japan.
