Consumption of bananas are recovering in Germany

Sales and consumption of bananas in Germany are finally starting to normalize again. Since the start of the pandemic, consumption of bananas has dropped in Germany. Over the 2021 summer school break in Germany, sales were especially calm. Now that children are back in school, banana consumption has been picking up again, however, sales are still not back up to where they were in pre-pandemic times.
