Inland Trucking Costs from Egypt to Dubai Surge 25% MoM in Dec-23

The transportation costs for trucking (Inland) from Egypt to Dubai experienced a 25% month-on-month (MoM) increase on Dec-23 due to inflation and rising demand, going up from USD 5,500 to USD 6,875 per 53-foot truck, coinciding with the commencement of the citrus season in Egypt. Exporters expect a subsequent price decrease in Jan-24
