Price pressure on avocados is expected in Europe due to on-year delays and increased plantings. The supply of avocados has increased, and competition between exporting countries is expected to be fierce; Moroccan avocados are on the market. Spanish Hass avocado season starts in mid-December, which has a good dry matter content. Portugal will enter the competition, and Israel is increasing its export volume. It is expected that the avocado price will come under severe pressure in the coming period.
