2021 has been a good year for Indian Coffee exports with 14% increase in the first 8 months of this calendar year. This is mainly due to the higher demand for Indian instant coffee (78% increase in demand). A higher demand for Indian instant coffee in the global market has also led to higher demands for Vietnamese grade 3 green beans, Indonesian robusta 30/35 and Ugandan BHPs in India, which are mainly used by instant coffee manufacturers in India for blending.
