Additionally, popular shrimp varieties like Vannamei and black tiger and select shellfish like oysters and clams are in high demand. Notably, processors and wholesalers prioritize sales over new acquisitions for these sought-after species, aligning with the festive demand around Christmas and New Year's Eve.
