Hard durum wheat imports coming mainly from Canada, Argentina and Mexico to Turkey

Turkish pasta producers most often use hard durum wheat mainly imported from Canada, Argentina, Mexico, and Greece depending on the seasonality. Russian, Ukrainian, and Kazakh hard wheat on the other hand are not preferred due to non-suitability and different quality features.
