On September 21, an order of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia comes into force, introducing changes and additions to the current Fishing Rules for the Far Eastern Fisheries Basin. In particular, it allows the fishing of scallops by amateur fishermen. However, a daily rate will be established for the extraction of aquatic biological resources in the Primorsky Territory.
