During W4, despite the ongoing tension in the Red Sea, transportation costs for reefer trucking (Inland) from Egypt to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) have declined. The prices decreased from USD 8,318 to USD 7,902 per 53-foot reefer truck, signaling 5% week-on-week (WoW) decrease, which was prompted by a negative impact on trucking demand.
