Iran agricultural exports mark an increase of almost 14%

Iranian agricultural exports increased by 13.8% in the period of March 20-October 21 compared to the same period last year, generating $3.1 billion in export revenue while the last year's revenue was at $2.7 billion. The main export products were pistachio, apple, tomato, and watermelons.

On the other hand, the country has imported 6.9 million tons of foodstuffs worth $6.4 billion in the mentioned period.

The main imported products were corn, barley, soybean meal, soybean, and sugar.
