According to farmers, prices have started to increase since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. There has been limited logistics due to the containment measures which has also impacted the movement of fruits and vegetables. Since the Al Adha, the quantities have greatly reduced, especially oranges and even lemon. In addition, recent droughts have greatly reduced agricultural production.
