Markets From the Farm to the Pot strengthen Peruvian food security.

Small agricultural producers and agricultural entrepreneurs participated in a Business Roundtable held in an itinerant market.

The articulated work between the Peruvian Government, private companies, international cooperation and civil society allowed agricultural producers to make their products available to the population, at affordable prices and under conditions of quality and safety.

On the other hand, the strategic alliance between Agro Rural-Midagri, the Formagro project of the Development and Environment Institute (IDMA) and the cooperation of the Government of Canada, summoned agricultural producers from Lima, Huánuco, Apurímac and Junín for the holding a business roundtable that took place in a solidarity edition of "From the Farm to the Table".

The small producers participating in this Agricultural Business Round, generate productive chains of quinoa, maca, dairy products, jam, coffee, cocoa and chocolate, among other foods.

The participating producers come from the regions of Lima, Huánuco, Apurímac and Junín, mainly.
