In W49, the prices of fresh Atlantic salmon fillets for the North American market from Chilean origin remained unchanged. Thus, prices continued ranging between USD 5.10 to 5.25/lb for the 2/3 lb fillet and USD 5.20 to 5.35/lb for the 3/4 lb fillet (FOB Miami). The supply has been adjusted to moderate demand, preventing further price decreases, as observed in Nov-23.
