The demand for Persian lime continued surging in the McAllen market, United States. However, the supply from key states in Mexico, including Veracruz, Jalisco, and Michoacán, has not met the expected volume for this season, leading to price increases in W2. Prices for the 40-pound (lbs) box are as follows:
150 size: USD 40 to 42
175 size: USD 40 to 42
200 size: USD 44 to 46
Additionally, prices are anticipated to continue increasing in the coming weeks due to rising demand.
