Due to the large supply of tomatoes on the Russian market and the growing supply of locally produced products, imported tomato prices are decreasing. The main suppliers of imported tomatoes to the Russian market are Turkey, Azerbaijan and Iran. So, as of June 15, the wholesale price for Iranian tomatoes dropped to the level of RUB 75-80/Kg (USD 1.04-1.11/kg), for Turkish tomatoes up to RUB 100-105 /Kg (USD 1.39-1.46/Kg), and tomatoes from Azerbaijan up to RUB 100-125/Kg (USD 1.39-1.73/Kg).
