The Mexican states harvesting organic mini cucumbers in the season of June to December are Baja California, Jalisco, and Michoacan. According to growers maintaining the high quality of organic crops has been difficult due to an increase in product prices. A few growers have decided to change their products to a less expensive and easy-to-handle crop, like bell peppers and squash. Distributors are quoting the presentation of 20lbs FOB McAllen from USD 26-27.
