Price trend of cocoa powder, butter, and paste

There has been an increase in cocoa processed product prices from mid-April 2021 to May 2021. The significant increase can be seen in natural cocoa butter price, from $5,000/MT to $5,500/MT, and natural cocoa powder price, from $2,550/MT to $2,600/MT. The increase comes as the result of the recent increase in demand on the global market and limitation of supply from main cocoa producing countries, such as India and Indonesia, due to limited number of worker/shift.
