Mexican Roma Tomato continues to exhibit record average prices during W4 for the 2024 season (Jan-24 to Jul-24). Sinaloa, the main exporter of this product, is reporting lower harvest volumes than expected due to abnormal weather conditions in the main production areas of the Mexican state. FOB McAllen prices for 25 pounds (lb) were quoted as follows:
Jumbo: USD 33 to 35
X Large: USD 33 to 35
Large: USD 33 to 35
Medium: USD 33 to 35
Prices are expected to maintain a high tendency in the coming week.
