The red kiwi season is ending in Italy. Thus, French buyers are willing to pay high prices - more than USD 6.40/kg - to source Spanish kiwis which are still in season and available on the market. This situation provides a lucrative opportunity for Spanish kiwi exporters who are able to supply the French market.
