Since last week, there has been a serious shortage of reefer containers in Pakistan. The prices have gone up by almost 50% in one week due to the shortage and the prices are expected to rise further in the coming week. This shortage and hike in reefer prices are causing great problems for the suppliers as they are not being able to carry out the export activities smoothly.
