Soy Lecithin Prices Range Between USD 3,500-3.800/MT Levels in W15 in Turkey

Non-GMO soy lecithin prices in Turkey which were above USD 5,000/MT at the start of March, dropped to USD 3,700/MT at the end of March. The decline created a panic among the suppliers, and currently, a few suppliers even quote around USD 3,000/MT. However, most suppliers keep their price quotes within the USD 3,500- 3,800/MT range.
