Since the beginning of March, Kazakhstan has offered favourable prices for red whole lentils to Turkiye. However, the crop is gradually coming to an end in this region, and the quality of the products offered is not up to standard, falling below the generally recognised quality compared to Canada and Australia. Hence, sellers offer their remaining stocks at USD 680-690/MT delivered to Mersin, Turkey, which is unfavourable for buyers.
