Currently, the price levels of black sunflower seed in Bulgaria, Ukraine, Moldova, and the entire Black Sea are high due to low yields and high prices for vegetable oils: palm oil, soybean sunflower oil. Ukraine, the largest exporter of sunflower oil, has recorded $1,300 at the end of last week, the highest market price in seven years.
The forecasts for both oil and black sunflower seeds are projected to increase continuously in February, March, and the following months.
