Sweet cherry prices in Moldova declining

The sweet cherry season in Moldova is on and hasn't reached the peak. But the wholesale and consumer prices are already decreasing, reaching up to 20-25% decrease over the past week.
As for the 17th of June, the wholesale prices for berries with a diameter of less than 26 mm amounted to MDL 18-25/kg (USD1.01-1.41/kg), retail prices are maintained at the level of MDL 30-35/kg (USD 1.69-1.97/kg) maximum.
