Taiwan Coffee Industry Strategic Alliance was established on 14 April. The well-known domestic coffee chain "Luisa Coffee" signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Coffee Industry Strategic Alliance to procure 1200kg of coffee beans from a domestic coffee farm. Even though the Taiwan coffee beans are still not yet world-renowned, the first Taiwan Private Collection (coffee) Auction (Taiwan PCA) was held in 2021, and the auction price was over USD 1,034/kg.
