Taiwan has a US $ 13.7 million import market for blueberries, most of which comes from the United States and Chile.

After the entry of the blueberry is authorized, Taiwan will work with Peru to simplify the procedures for the entry of organic products, such as the Peruvian avocado and pomegranate.

Taiwan is one of the 20 most commercial markets in the world, with a global import of around US $ 300 billion. Peru and Taiwan register a commercial exchange of US $ 474 million in 2019, with Peru having exported US $ 244 million, which leaves a wide margin for the country to increase its exports to that important destination.
