Farms of the Tambov region of Russia in January-October this year produced 5 KMT of marbled meat. This is 400 MT more than the figures for the same period last year. In the region, seven agricultural enterprises and 61 peasants (farming) enterprises specialize in breeding and raising beef cattle. It is important that the increase in the number of these animals occurs mainly in peasant (farm) farms thanks to state support for novice farmers and family livestock farms.
