In November 2022, Tanzania sold a total of 1,423MT of various types of meat worth USD 5,370,187.70. Goat meat amounted to 1,047MT, mutton 343MT, beef 32MT, chicken meat 0.67MT, and pork 0.2MT, indicating an increase of 125% compared to the 632MT sold in October 2022. 37% (504MT) of all the meat that Tanzania exported in November went to Qatar, 25%(334MT) to Oman, 20% (267MT) to UAE, and 9% (125MT) to Saudi Arabia
