Tea exports from Turkey increase by 17% y/y

Turkey has exported 4,135 tons of tea in the period of Jan-Nov 2020 generating $15.4 million in revenue. The export figures represent an increase of 17% of last year's 3,537 tons and $13.2 million in export revenue.

The main export destinations in the mentioned period were Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany together with new export markets such as Yemen, Bahamas, Indonesia, Gabon, Burkina Faso, Cape Verde, Estonia, Serbia, Zambia, Vietnam, and Mauritius.
