One of Italy's suppliers of onion is spearheading an initiative of solidarity in favor of refugees from the war in Ukraine. He has launched an appeal to producers of onions, potatoes and carrots nationwide and he is organizing shipments of these products to the war-torn country. Maybe a publicity stunt but, at the same time, an initiative that could bring some relief to all those ones who are fleeing conflict.
