There is less demand in goats during Ramadan in 2022

The rising price of goats has drastically reduced the demand for the meat.
The price of a goat weighing 55 kilograms can go up to USD 425.05 during the Ramadhan season of 2022. The goat sold priced averagely around USD 8.26/kg in year 2022 compared to USD 6.61 in year 2021.
Among the factors is an increase of 40% cost in the goat feed since 2021.
Therefore, goat sales are estimated to decrease by 60% during Ramadhan season in 2022.
