Prices for Turkish Soy Lecithin Have Decreased By 40% Since June

Turkish buyers report that soy lecithin prices have started to drop in the market, and local importers are trying to sell off their stock before the new season arrives. Soy lecithin prices dropped from USD 5,000/MT CIF Mersin in June to USD 4,000/MT in early September and even more to USD 3,650/MT at the beginning of October. Even lower prices can be found at about USD 3000/MT, which is a 40% decrease since June.
