Due to the sharp increase in natural gas prices, Ukrainian food industry enterprises are forced to purchase the necessary raw materials from their nearest neighbors. When natural gas costs increased by 1227% in one year, industrialists gave up production. As energy costs increase, bread in Ukraine will be baked according to simpler technologies and recipes, resulting in a decrease in product quality and an increase in price by 25-35%. Thus it is reported that Ukraine will import flour produced from wheat to Turkey.
