On 3 February, Youyi port and Puzhai port on the Chinese side of the Sino-Vietnamese border reopened. According to the data, only these 2 ports in Vietnam’s Lang Son province can export to China. Still, custom clearance speed is relatively slow, and only around 70-90 containers can transfer out every day, and more than 1500 containers are still awaiting export.
