The demand for lentils in the world market has recovered over time in the 2020 period, India and Turkey are major importers which returning to increase the imports at a highest rate. Despite the low gains around 2017-2019, now the exports are soaring high as most of the major importers continue to import throughout the year with much higher trade values than last year. Canada is now the world's largest exporter of lentils with total exports of 1.6B USD globally.
