Chicken Prices in Mexico Reached a New Multi-Year High in April According to Tridge's Price Index

During the last week of April, the Tridge index for wholesale frozen whole chicken prices in Mexico rose to its highest level in at least two years, up 9.18% month-over-month and 44% year-over-year. Behind the current increase in chicken prices is renewed demand with the beginning of Easter.
