In the week starting February 20, frozen pork ham and shoulder wholesale prices in Beijing, China, rose 8.6% week-over-week (WoW) to their highest level so far into 2023, as China's government recently announced it would stockpile 20 thousand mt of frozen pork in order to stabilize prices.
