Turkish Grape Prices Crashed As Turkish Currency continues to be Devalued

The wholesale price of fresh grape in Turkey crashed 43.93% YoY to USD 0.36/kg in W3 of April 2022. The price in the previous year during the same period was USD 0.36/kg. Turkish Lyra devaluation was the main reason for the price drop in USD. Estimations of the Central bank are that the inflation rate will reach 42.8% in 2022.
