Low Price of Dried Mung Beans in India and Indonesia

The wholesale price of dried mung beans in India decreased by -9.59% YoY to 1.25 USD/KG in W4 November 2021. At the same time, the wholesale price of dried mung beans in Indonesia also fell -15.26% YoY to 1.22 USD/KG. This year, the low supply of mung beans in India will increase prices and imports due to high domestic demand. Meanwhile, dried mung beans exports in Indonesia are expected to increase aligned with increased production which will lower prices.
