Prices of Passionfruit in Peru Increase Driven by The High Cost of Fertilizer

Peruvian passionfruit prices have significantly increased in W3 Jul-22. In Lima, the price rose by 145.3% YoY to USD 0.26/kg in W3 Jul-22. In La Libertad, the price surged by 135.8% YoY to USD 1.3/kg in W3 Jul-22. The reason for the high prices of Peruvian passionfruit was the high cost of fertilizers.
