Tighter Markets Have Lowered Pomegranate Prices in China

The spike in pomegranate prices since early November eased in the following months and was selling at 1.11 USD/KG. The oversupply of pomegranates which fills the market not only from domestic products but also from abroad, causes the price of pomegranates to be deliberately lowered so that producer can remain competitive in the market.
