Wholesale prices of Italian avocados of Peruvian origin have increased significantly by 44% WoW, rising to €3.61 per kilogram. The Peruvian Hass avocado season ended during the initial weeks of October. Italy is a leading market for Peruvian avocados, and limited volumes remain on the market.
