Price-In-Charts: Potato prices still fall in the Chinese market

The wholesale price of potato in China has been shrinking significantly as happened in (Guangzhou, Guangdong) where the value fell by more than 10%, while (Jincheng, Shanxi) decreased by more than 18%. Prices returning to fall as they entered March 2021, after previously rebounding. In 2020, China also exported less potatoes as demand from Hong Kong fell further to 107.21MUSD in the same period. Supply in 2020, which appears to be higher than demand, pushed prices much lower than last year, and has yet to recover when it reaches 2021.
