Wholesale salmon fillet prices in Catalonia, Spain averaged EUR 17.00/kg so far into June 2023. This would represent the lowest monthly average in three months. In year-over-year terms, prices were down 8.1%, the second consecutive YoY decline. The decline in this price point matches the fall in Norwegian salmon export prices.
