Egypt red onion price dips while market price in France going up

The domestic wholesale price of yellow onion in France has risen in May W4 2021 compared to the same period last year. On the contrary, the price of red onion in Egypt has dropped in price during this period compared to last year. The YoY price increase of yellow onion in France is 35.33%, from 0.74 USD per kilogram in May W5 2020 to 1 USD per kilogram in May W4 2021 while the YoY price decrease of the red onion in Egypt is 16.17%, from 0.19 USD per kilogram in May W5 2020 to 0.16 USD per kilogram in May W4 2021.
